Easy Access is a bill payment platform; receiveing payments from customers and processing transaction requests. Easy Access is a leading business enterprise in ICT and internet services. The Company was founded with the aim of proferring solutions to unending bill payments challenges encountered by people of various classes, such as students, cybercafe business owners, other business owners, amongst others by providing seemless services which are secured and reliable.

The enterprise is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) with the Registration Number RC: 7048863. All transactions in this platform are secured and well assured as we hope to serve you better. The enterprise is located in the South South region of Nigerian (Uyo, Akwa Ibom State).

The aim of collecting your personal information is to provide you with accurate and effective services which are error free while ensuring strict adherence to CBN policies as regards customers verifications and validations. They also help us assist you timely through our support platform for unresolved issues, notifications and complaints.

For submission of requests or transactions through our website, the personal information helps us process your request timely, prevent illegal or impersonating of user information, and compare information for accuracy.

User account is void where any of this is prohibited. On transactions, Easy Access is not in any way providing a means or offer of refunds for deposits made to your account. Where there is need for a cashback, your legitimate account registered with Easy Access will be credited and/or used to purchase products and/or services on the website. Completion/Complaints of transactions is subjected to time period. This time period is capped at 48 hours from the time of start of such transactions. Where value is not received for transactions made, you are to make this known to the representative within the stipulated time period. Where there is need for further consideration on transactions exceeding the time period stipulated, it remains the decision of the management on whether or not to attend to such transactions. You further represent and warrant that you are an individual, and that your use of the Easy Access shall not violate any applicable law or regulation. Multiple accounts is highly prohibited and your Account is solely for your personal use, and you shall not authorize others to use your account, including your profile or email address. You shall not involve in any attempt of fraudulent of cyber crime. You are solely responsible for all payments, purchases, transaction requests, complaints, etc made through your account, including any email messages, and for your interactions.

Copyright Policy

You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. It is the policy of Easy Access to terminate Account privileges of any member who repeatedly infringes copyright upon prompt notification to Easy Access by the copyright owner or the copyright owner's legal agent.
